Directions:

1. Have donor provide urine specimen. Inspect the specimen temperature, should be between 90-100 degrees F.
2. Open and remove iCASSETTE device and place on a flat, clean, level surface.  Using the liquid transfer pipette, place 2-3 drops of specimen in each of the sample wells.
3. In 3-5 minutes, lines will begin to develop in the test windows of the iCASSETTE. Once the "C" control lines have clearly developed, the test results are ready to interpret.
4. Interpret the results. A "negative" test indicated by a "C" control line and a "T" test line. A "positive" test is indicated by the presence of only a "C" control line and NOT a "T" test line. An "invalid" test is indicated by a missing "C" Control line or a missing "C" control and a missing "T " test line.
