This unit monitors temperature and time at once.

- Stand or wall mount option
- Heat resistant, stainless steel probe that can be placed in the sample and the oven door can be shut on the cable.
- Alarm sounds when sample reaches preset temperature or time
- Temperature range is 32F - 392F ( 0C - 220C ).
This unit accepts a 1.5 volt AAA battery.
