Single-beam, quartz-coated optics with Master Interferometric Grating (MIG) with 1200 lines/mm. Precision, die-cast aluminum chassis, features curved instrument covers to discourage careless placement of samples, sealed chemical-resistant keypad and self-aligning replacement lamps. Stored methods-to-measure ratio, corrected ratio and nucleic acid concentration are available for instant recall. Users with more demanding applications can generate calibration curves, scan onto a recorder using the standard analog output and save their methods in nonvolatile memory. Full size sample compartment incorporates a drain and a removable compartment liner for easy cleaning. Standard curve and absorbance ratio programs, timed interval measurement, scan to chart recorder, analog output and one spare tungsten lamp included. Wide viewing angle LCD display. RS-232C interface. Optional AURORA Scan, Rate, Quant PC Software available.
