Simport* Sterile Disposable Plastic Culture Tubes

Disposable polystyrene (PS) or polypropylene (PP) sterile tubes with white surface marking area can be used for most routine laboratory procedures. High resistance to breakage reduces danger in handling infectious or other potentially harmful cultures. Transparent polystyrene tubes withstand moderate centrifugation speeds (1400 x g) and temperatures to 70°C. Translucent polypropylene tubes withstand higher centrifugation speeds (3000 x g) and resists temperatures from -190° to 121°C. Tubes are supplied with a two-position ribbed polyethylene cap or without caps for general use. Available in two sizes. 12 x 75 mm graduated from 1 to 4 ml in 0.1 ml increments and 17 x 100 mm graduated from 1 to 12 ml in 0.25 ml increments.
