KIMAX* Culture Tubes


KIMAX culture tubes feature fire-polished top rims and uniform wall thickness for maximum heat transfer and chemical resistance. Choose from two materials: KG-33 borosilicate glass tube with a durable white ceramic enamel marking spot; or N-51A borosilicate glass tube without a marking spot. Designed from ASTM Specification E982, Type IV requirements. The 6 x 50 mm size is often referred to as a "Durham tube".
