During countdown, voice reporting frequency is every hour until 1 hour is reached, every 10 seconds until 10 seconds remain, then every second. Counts both up (stopwatch) and down from 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds. Supplied with Traceable certificate indicating traceability to standards provided by NIST.
