Lab-Line CO2 incubators feature bright-finish stainless steel interiors and shelves, silicone door gaskets, automatic CO2 and fan shut-off when the door is opened. Specifically designed for pharmaceutical, clinical, biotechnology and general laboratory applications.
Choose from single, vertically-stacked dual or side-by-side dual chamber models. Microprocessor temperature control from slightly above ambient to 60°C with TC (thermal conductivity) sensor; slightly above ambient to 55°C with IR (infrared) sensor - with ±0.1°C control, ±0.25°C uniformity. Exclusive DECONTAM cycle on TC sensor models - set temperature to 100°C for 12 hours. Security password protection - only authorized users can change set points. Exclusive SMARTGAS* system for faster recovery rates and more accurate CO2 control.
CO2 concentration from 0 to 20% with ±0.1% control. Easy-to-read LED display scans between actual temperature and % of CO2 level. Temperature adjustable heated door keeps inner glass door free of condensation for improved viewing of cultures. Independent hydraulic high-limit thermostat protects cultures in case of microprocessor system failure. Audible and visual alarms indicate temperature deviations of ±1°C or more, CO2 concentration deviations of 1% or greater, or when incubator door has been left open for more than five minutes. Keypad programming for fast, easy adjustment of parameters. Built-in RS-232 port for output of temperature and CO2 data. Corrosion-resistant polished stainless steel chamber features rounded corners for easy cleaning. Six adjustable nontip perforated shelves.
