Stainless steel cutting blade surrounding a special glass pH electrode for pH determination in meats and meat by-products where glass electrodes may break. KNIpHE kit includes pH electrode, electrode handle, removable blade, one bottle of filling solution and an instruction manual. 215 x 15 mm size when fully assembled. Single reference junction, Calomel internal reference. Measures pH from 0 to 14 in temperatures of 0° to 60°C. BNC connector.
