Barnstead/Thermolyne Aquametry
Precise water determinations can be accomplished in three minutes by the Karl Fischer method. The Aquametry apparatus I and II measures the water content of most materials with an accuracy of 1% and reproducibility of 0.5%. Both units use Lab industries self-powered aquametry meter-electrode and 6 oz jars for reaction vessels. A color-coded meter positively indicates end points. Both Aquametry I and II meet all ASTM standards and federal specifications.
Aquametry I
Complete apparatus includes meter-electrode, dual micro/macro Pyrex* glass buret with three-way stopcock and clamp, glass adapter and filling device, three 6 oz reaction vessels, three calcium sulfate drying tubes, stirrer and stirring bar, lab stand and two clamps, Teflon* tip and 15 µl fixed volume micropipette. It covers the range from 5 ppm to 100% water.
Aquametry II
Complete apparatus includes meter-electrode, zero-adjusting burette with three-way glass stopcock, fluorocarbon adapter, filling device, three calcium sulfate drying tubes, stirrer and stirring bar, Teflon* tip, one 6 oz reaction vessel, lab stand and two clamps. It covers the range from 50 ppm to 100% water.
