Hanna* Magnetic Mini-Stirrers

Compact and lightweight, HI 190-series stirrers (240-69919 and 240-69922) feature an ABS plastic cover that resists the harmful effects of most chemicals that are accidentally spilled. HI 200M (240-69949) is supplied with an AISI 316 stainless steel cover, which is ideal for applications that create exothermic reactions. All models have a one liter maximum stirring capacity, operate at speeds from 100 to 800 - 1000 rpm and measure just 4.8 x 4.8 x 1.8 in. (12 x 12 x 4.5 cm). Electronic controls allow the speed to be regulated with greater precision. An internal Speedsafe* mechanism ensures that the maximum speed is never exceeded. Each stirrer is supplied with a 25 mm long, Teflon*-coated, magnetic stir bar and instruction manual.
