Model 981 Source Capture Air Cleaning Systems

The Extract-All is a heavy duty, self-contained, recirculating air-cleaning system, which captures air contaminants directly at the source and safely removes them before clean air is released into the room. The filtered air results in optimal working conditions and higher productivity in the workplace, with lower costs in energy and housekeeping. Each Extract-All system comes with two sets of mounting brackets to attach easily to table or benchtop, with filter extending above and below. One of the unique features is its self-supported, articulating extractor arms, which can be flared at one end to make a hood up to 4.5 in. diameter or decreased to make a nozzle as small as 2 in. diameter. The 3 in. diameter flexible arms are made of heavy duty chemical, abrasion and heat resistant polypropylene, with flame retardant characteristics. The arms' reach is expandable from 33 - 48 inches. The Extract-All comes standard as a two-stage filtration system designed to handle smoke, dust and mist. Along with optional HEPA filters for "absolute filtration and refillable adsorption modules for gaseous fumes, the system provides a versatile choice to solve most containment problems. The Extract-All model 981 systems are available as portable systems, by integrally mounting them on caster base cabinet assemblies. When using the portable cabinet assembly, an optional third stage 2 in. deep refillable module with activated carbon may be used simultaneously with any of the primary filter packages.
Specifications: S-981 & SP-981 feature 14 gauge cabinets with baked polyurethane powder paint (exterior & interior), and blower/motor assemblies which are totally enclosed and thermally protected. The S-981 series nominal dimensions are 12 x 10 x 7 in. [W x H x D]. The SP-981 series nominal dimensions are 18 x 47.5 x 12.75 in. [W x H x D]. Models S-981-2A and SP-981-2A are equipped with 200W, 120V/60 Hz blowers, rated at 250 cfm @ 0.5 in. E.S.P., while Models S-981-2B and SP981-2B features 350W, 120V/60 Hz blowers, rated at 350 cfm @ 0.5 in. E.S.P.
