Wheaton* Modular Cell Production Roller Apparatus

The ultimate in system flexibility for scale up and production of monolayer cell cultures in standard roller bottles. Can easily use one 5 position base unit or add up to eight additional 5 position decks. Provides up to 75,000 cm2 total surface area for cell growth. Permits end user to keep pace with increased production requirements by adding bottle positions as needed. Greaseless bearings prevent leaching and eliminate bearing seizures. Optional rotation alarm and battery backup systems available. Optional all-position drive is available as a field retrofit or factory installed. Electrical is 120V, 50/60 Hz and conforms to UL, CSA, and CE standards. Vessels not included.
Bottle speed: 0.25 to 5.3 rpm. Special speed ranges are available upon request.
Weight: Base unit with 1 deck is 70 lbs; each additional deck is an additional 21 lbs.
