Polystyrene flasks are treated for optimal cell attachment and growth. Plug seal caps feature one-piece linerless construction for both a gas- and liquid-tight seal. Phenolic-style caps are designed for open culture systems requiring gas exchange. With the cap slightly loosened, gas is exchanged between the environments inside and outside the flask. Vent caps feature a 0.2 µm membrane sealed into the cap to permit sterile gas exchange when working with flasks in open cell culture systems. Canted neck features an anti-tip skirt for increased stability. Printed lot numbers for ease in traceability. Sterilized by gamma radiation and certified non-pyrogenic.
