Osmonics* Magna* Nitrocellulose Unsupported Transfer Membranes


For procedures that require optimum resolution. Membrane of choice for all protein and immunoblotting applications. Cellulose acetate free-ťassuring high binding and sensitivity. Exhibits the highest sensitivity with very low backgrounds in all transfers and is easily blocked. Nitrocellulose wets out naturally, does not require methanol,and will not turn hydrophobic during transfer process. Nucleic acid binding capacity is 100 µg/cm2.
