Barnstead/Thermolyne Heating Mantles

Available in eight different sizes, these mantles feature fiberglass-insulated heating jackets specifically designed for heating round-bottom flasks. They have the size and power capacity to meet any flask heating requirement from 50 to 5000 ml. A unique heating mantle design directs heat to flask contents while the exterior case remains cool enough to rest on the lab bench. Heating elements are located close to the cavity surface for maximum heat transfer. Maximum operating temperature is 482°C (900°F). 120V, 50/60 Hz.
