For transferring bacterial colonies in identifiable patterns. The replica plating grid is a flat, white, poly-styrene plate (13 1/2 x 15 in.) with five wells to hold petri dishes. To aid in precise location, two of the wells are printed with a 24-square numbered grid, and two are printed with a 50-square numbered grid. The center well is blank and holds the master dish.
