PharMed* Tubing

Ideal for peristaltic pumps, cell culture, fermentation, synthesis, separation, purification and process monitoring/controlling. Less permeable to gases and vapors than silicone tubing and has been tested to be cytotoxicity safe for use in sensitive cell culture applications. PharMed has very good general chemical resistance, as well as excellent acid, caustic and oxidation resistance. It is also opaque to visible and UV light to protect photosensitive fluids. Continuous service temperature range of -51° to 135°C (-60° to 275°F) and may be repeatedly autoclaved. Outlasts silicone in peristaltic pumps up to 30 times. Noncytotoxic and nonhemolytic. Meets USP Class VI, FDA and NSF criteria. Heat weldable for sterile access in closed systems. 25 feet per box.
