Barnstead/Thermolyne* Temperature Probes
Temperature probes come complete with flexible cable, yellow ANSI coded sub-miniature thermocouple connector and a 4 in. plastic handle with a maximum exposure temperature of 105°C (221°F). Probe accuracy is maximum ±4°F (±2.2°C), typically ±2°F (±1.1°C) in the 32 to 530°F (0 to 276°C) temperature range and ±0.75% of measured temperature in the 530 to 2300°F (276 to 1260°C) range. All probes are grounded, have a (0.33 cm) sheath diameter and a 36 in. (91.4 cm) flexible coiled extension cable.
Note: Time constant is the number of seconds to sense 63% of the difference between the initial probe temperature and the temperature to be measured. Five time constants are generally considered a full response.
