Pyrex* Evaporators

These traps are used as parts for rotary evaporators. A trap is used when foaming is likely to occur and be drawn into the condenser on the rotary evaporator. They consist of a body with upper and lower stems. The lower stem extends upward into the body to permit the vapors and potential foaming that is generated in the boiling flask on the rotary evaporator to be trapped in the body of the trap.
