Justrite* Corrosive Storage Cabinets
Steel cabinets for corrosives come in a wide variety of sizes. All standard models feature double-wall construction, dual vents, grounding wire connections, reinforced spill-catcher shelves and trays, leakproof sills, three-point latching doors and self-leveling feet. Spill-catcher trays are included with steel cabinets. Steel cabinets are not recommended for storage of phenol, nitric acid or sulfuric acid.
Nonmetallic cabinets are recommended for highly corrosive chemicals such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and phenol. With no internal metal parts to corrode, these cabinets resist nearly all acids and corrosives. Catalog no. 334-10960 features a high-density polyethylene top with a slightly raised, curved lip to contain spills and make cleaning up easier. This model is also lockable. All cabinet shelves are adjustable.
