Captair* Pyramid Glove Box

The Captair Pyramid is a lightweight airtight glove bag for controlled atmosphere environments or the handling and protection of toxic materials. The Pyramid is economical enough to be disposable, yet durable enough to be reusable. Unit offers an 18.5 in. side opening for the introduction of materials, a sliding clamp to ensure an airtight seal and a port to exhume and purge with natural gases. The bag is constructed of transparent 250µ PVC and the gloves are .2 mm butyl. The Pyramid is available with gloves (part # A) or sleeves (part # B). Dimensions are 33 6/7 x 26 x 31 1/3 (L x D x H) in. Fixed or mobile stands are available. The fixed version 2100 clamps the base of the Pyramid at the bottom and top to keep the unit taut. The portable version 2200 has flexible bars on either side from top to bottom adding rigidity, but not weight to the enclosure.
