Polyethylene hard cover with uncoated PolyPaper pages. Completely waterproof and extremely chemical resistant. 100 pages (50 sheets) are numbered and printed with a fine green 1/4 in. grid or horizontal lines. Pages include spaces for dates and signatures of workers and witnesses and necessary documentation for securing patent protection.
