Binder* FED Series Forced Convection Ovens
Ideal for test laboratories who require individual options at maximum capacity. Forced convection produces higher drying rates and quicker heating rates. Multifunctional heating chambers are almost unlimited in their efficiency and particularly adaptable to frequently changing thermal requirements. Can be used to attain maximum temperature accuracies and heating-up gradients or for simulating natural environmental conditions without convection. The digitally controllable air turbine, temperature parameters and the ambient conditions in the inner chamber can be perfectly controlled. For special thermal tasks, the heating characteristic can be individually adapted by means of the ramp function and the adjustable heat load.
APT.Line* preheating chamber technology results in gentle tempering due to even temperature distribution. Microprocessor PID controller with LED display. Powerful, digitally adjustable air turbine. Multifuctional control for numerous time and temperature functions. Easy, residue-free cleaning of the smooth inner chamber after removing integrated rack supports. Maximum sealing of the inner chamber due to 2-point door closure with removable door gasket. Temperature safety device, Class 2. Two chrome-plated shelves standard. Adjustable ventilation by means of a rear exhaust duct that is 50 mm in diameter with a ventilation flap and front ventilation slide. Standard RS232 printer and communication interface for APT-COM software for printing, data recording and remote control of unit. UL-listed. Adjustable heat load (0 to 100%). Adjustable fan speed (0 to 100%).
