Ovens feature internal blowers which circulate heated air throughout the chamber for maximum temperature uniformity. Single setpoint with simultaneous LED display of actual temperature vs. setpoint. May be configured to display temperature in °C and °F. Digital instrumentation allows precise temperature setpoint and display. Microprocessor automatically optimizes control parameters during operation. Main power on/off switch on control panel. Over-temperature control safety. Adjustable high limit temperature protection. Door latch is flush mounted with convenient one-hand operation. Chamber constructioned of 304 polished stainless steel. Fiberglass insulation with a minimum of 3 inches in all sides and door. Peripheral silicon door gasket to minimize heat loss. 1.75 in. diameter adjustable ports and vents with intake on left side and exhaust on the top right. Two standard open wire adjustable shelves supplied. Stainless exterior ovens have stainless wire shelves; painted exterior models include nickel plated shelves. Extra shelves are available. 10 ft power cord included. UL and CUL listed.
Exterior construction available in double-wall, stainless steel or heavy gauge steel with painted finish.
