Digital Refractometers

Measure Brix, refractive index, and salinity in the field with laboratory accuracy. As small, light and simple to use as optical refractometers, but with a digital readout to eliminate uncertainties. The unit of measure is shown on LCD. Instantaneous reading requiring approximately a 0.4 ml sample. The sophisticated microprocessor provides automatic calibration and low power consumption, automatic shutoff after three minutes and a low battery indicator. Uses CCD scanner (linear scanned array imaging) for an accuracy of 0.1%. Water resistant design protects the electronics from wet environments and makes for easy clean up. Perfect for use in the food and beverage industry. All models feature automatic temperature compensation and display temperature in addition to their other parameters.
