C.B.S. Scientific* Wide and Dual Wide Fluorescence Nucleic Acid Sequencing

Designed to generate gels to correspond to the maximum scanning capabilities of the Hitachi FM-BIO* II Fluorescence Imaging System (scanning field of 20 x 42 cm). Sequencer includes a built-in, epoxy-coated, spring-loaded aluminum heat dispersion plate, detachable upper and lower buffer reservoirs, hinged flip-lid safety covers, leakproof silicone gasket on upper reservoir, leveling base and bubble level, safety-tip power leads and a buffer drainage valve. Dual wide kit features a divided upper reservoir to allow independent running conditions. Wide kit includes sequencer, one bar clamp, four molded white spring clamps and one roll of gel sealing tape. Dual wide kit includes dual sequencer, two bar clamps, eight molded white spring clamps and one roll of gel sealing tape. Additional components of each kit include two sets 45 x 28 cm (W x H) notched, low fluorescence borosilicate glass plates, two 0.4 mm x 132-well sharktooth combs and two sets 0.4 mm x 28 cm spacers.
