This easy-to-use Identi-Kit features nonradioactive numerals, letters and arrows that allow the user to directly orient [32]-P-nucleic acid hybridized filters with film, while automatically organizing the multiple filters required to find the desired insert. An adhesive-backed phosphorescent numeral or letter can be affixed to each filter-lift prior to hybridization and film development for a permanent record that can be immediately matched to the corresponding film image. Identi-Kits unique shading procedure is specifically designed for use with x-ray film so that the sharp markings will not overexpose. Exposure is complete in 30 minutes. 174 symbols provided.
