Barnstead/Thermolyne NANOpure DIamond Ultrapure Water Systems

Choose from four application-specific models including Analytical, UV, UF, and Life Science-�all available with or without TOC monitoring. TOC models measure and display Total Organic Carbon content from less than 1 to 250 ppb. The UV oxidation chamber oxidizes and measures the levels of organics in the water.
Ultrapure water system supplies Type I water with resistivity up to 18.2 megohm-cm that exceeds ASTM, CAP and NCCLS Type I water requirements. Also complies with USP XXIII guidelines with compensated and uncompensated resistivity measurements. Multilanguage display; whisper-quiet operation.

Pressure-regulating valve minimizes problems with fluctuations in feed water pressure. Automatic sanitization cycle keeps the system clean. Water is recirculated every 10 minutes per hour during periods when unit is not being used to maintain water quality. Automatic calibration verifies electronics and assures accurate purity readings. A 0.2 �m final filter maintains bacterial and particle-free water. System may be wall or bench mounted. Water can be delivered up to eight feet away with an optional remote dispenser.

NANOpure DIamond Analytical: For sensitive analytical procedures including AA, ICP and ICP/MS, ion chromatography (IC), gas chromatography (GC) and high-wavelength HPLC.

NANOpure DIamond UV: For critical applications requiring 18.2 megohms water with less than 2 ppb TOC, including low-wavelength HPLC, IC, GC/MS and TOC determinations. Dual-wavelength UV lamp oxidizes organics down to virtually undetectable levels and maintains minimal bacterial levels within the system. Automatically alerts user for UV lamp replacement.

NANOpure DIamond Bioresearch (UF): For any pyrogen determinant analysis including cell and tissue culture. An ultrafilter in the system produces ultrapure water with undetectable levels of pyrogens-�less than 0.005 Eu/ml, log reduction values (LRV) over 6. The DIamond will periodically flush water to drain to prevent buildup of contaminants on the membrane surface. Automatic sanitization cycle is activated with the push of a button.

NANOpure DIamond Life Science (UV/UF): For the most demanding molecular biology applications including PCR, electrophoresis, cell and tissue culture. Includes latest advances in ion exchange and filtration technologies as well as dual-wavelength UV bulb and ultrafilter. The only validated water system with the ability to remove nucleases such as RNase and DNase, as well as DNA. Includes automatic sanitation and automatic and manual ultrafilter flushing. Produces 0.40 gal./min. (1.5l/min.) ultrapure water containing less than 0.005 Eu/ml of pyrogens, TOC values of less than 3 ppb, and resistivities up to 18.2 megohm-cm.
