Napco* Models 9000D and 8000-DSE Compact Autoclaves

Units are completely portable and do not require plumbing. They use ordinary tap water. Continuous pressure purge (CPP) removes cold air pockets for uniform sterilization. After loading, units are fully automatic. A precise sterilization cycle timer starts when sterilization temperature is reached. Units shut off automatically and vent down to atmospheric pressure at the end of the cycle. A signal indicates the end of each cycle. Residual moisture is removed by a drying element. Equipped with door mounted external gauges for temperature and pressure. Model 9000D has a rapid cooldown feature. Model 8000-DSE is designed for rapid cooldown or slow cooldown of liquids (meets EPA criteria with the slow cooldown feature to prevent liquids from boiling out of their containers). For safety, models include both over-pressure release and temperature thermostats. The door and pressure chamber are made of precision crafted stainless steel; the steel cabinet is finished with a durable epoxy-polyester coating. UL listed.

The Model 8100-TD Environmental Test Chamber is a specially modified unit designed for use in the electronics industry. Ideal for the evaluation of component packaging, the 8100-TD has hermetically sealed feed throughs for connecting test leeds to devices within the chamber.
