Vee Gee* Polarimeter Quartz Control Plates

Vee Gee quartz contol plates are the most accurate calibration standard for polarimeters and saccharimeters. Single quartz control plates are comprised of one right turning (dextro) plate or one left turning (levo) plate; these plates have one stated vlue in angular� and �Z. Double quartz control plates are comprised of one right turning (dextro) plate and one left turning (levo) plate; these plates have three stated values -� the dextro and levo values can be used separately or combined. All control plates are supplied with a factory certificate stating the absolute rotation value in angular� and �Z for the wavelengths of 546, 587, 589 and 882 nm.
