Peptide Separation Technology Columns

Symmetry300 C18, Atlantis dC18 and Strong Cation-Exchange (SCX) NanoEase Trap Columns are robust devices that can effectively separate complex samples or remove buffers and high concentrations of salts through many injections. The new reversed phase trap design minimizes peak band broadening while the design of the SCX device provides increased binding capacity. These devices generate low backpressure and yield good recovery to the subfemtomole peptide level. In addition, the NanoEase Trap Column direct connect design allows for easy configuration and replacement in a six or ten-port valve for either one-dimensional or two-dimensional LC/MS analyses.
